Overview

A successful Lean transformation involves several action plans which require ongoing and effective monitoring systems. A visual project office displays the project’s progress, achievements, issues, concerns and future plans with open access to everyone in the organization. It opens communication between management and line workers.

The project office will help keep everyone in the loop and aware of the project’s progress as it occurs. The Lean project office is managed by the Lean project leader.
